The Titan Series II Double Deck Rollformer allows two different profiles to be manufactured on one rollformer. The Titan Series II has many features making it the most durable high speed line on the market.
  • Faster line speed
  • Heavier duty machinery
  • Friction drive rolls automatically adjust to match the speed of the sheet. This self adjusting feature is superior when running the faster line speed.
  • Self aligning, double taper lock bearings with adjustable nut to set the preload in the bearings. The finest design in bearings in handling heavy loads and high speeds.
  • The in-feed table will raise to allow flat sheets to travel over the top of the rollformer, allowing for just one person to stack flat sheets for manufacturing trim.

MRS Shear

The Pre-Cut Shear comes standard on every Titan Rollformer purchased from MRS. With it’s unique VFD electric motor drive system, any length sheet may be cut up to 100 feet. The standard four sided blades are designed to last on average one year per edge, therefore you only have to sharpen the blades every four years. In addition, the shear cuts the sheet in an upward motion, thus creating advantages when stacking finished panels at the end of the rollformer. The pnuematic power shear allows for the simplest and easiest method for the owner to maintain, with no unnecessary hydraulics to increase maintenance and repairs. In addition, the shear comes with a muffler to quiet the shear action.

 

An optional film applicator is availble to apply plastic film to your flat sheets used in the trim manufacturing process.
