YEEE HAW! This is the FOURTH VERSION of Live-Charge.com (live as in a live charge not ‘to live’ live, people get this wrong it seems).
ANYWAYS, we’re really excited to have this up and running on a new platform and with a new look. And here’s a little bit more about us:
Live Charge was formed when Jay Swanson got tired of using his old Youtube account (Cadelfwch) for his videos and wanted a fresh start. He wanted to make more skits, for fun, and hoped that people would discover his talent and appreciate his sense of humor.
He has yet to succeed. However you’re here, and that’s a start, AND to top things off he made a bunch of skits and music videos. So he did succeed in a small way.
Based in Spokane, WA (though starting in Cheney, WA) Jay Swanson and John Dalbey kicked things off with Photonym, a little music video about photography for a church announcement. B-Ross also made his first appearance (a.k.a. Brian Ross) as a dancer in that video, but you can find out more by checking out the post about it on here.
That was Jay’s first music video, and he couldn’t stop. Well he did, after Mexidate, but he wants to do more. Who am I kidding, I want to do more. This is Jay writing. Live Charge has taken on a life of its own though as more people have gotten involved and thrown their ideas and personalities into the mix. I’ll write a script, and we’ll stick to it to keep from getting stuck or totally sidetracked, but everyone in the skits deserves credit for any success in making something entertaining.
We have lots of stories, I’ll share them as I post the individual videos. As for why I’m switching to a Wordpress blog layout, well, I think it’ll allow for more interaction with its comment systems etc. It’s also really clean and simple, and I need to learn how to theme them myself so it’s a good sandbox to get started in.
